At Muchild, mathematics instruction is well-structured, following a lesson plan that incorporates digital technology, problem-solving activities, and real-world applications. The teaching plan generally includes an introduction to the topic, guided problem-solving exercises, and student-centered activities. Ibu Ferra Fijantari, my cooperating teacher, follows a lesson planning approach that includes interactive discussions, technology-assisted instruction using a digital writing pad, and the integration of contextual examples relevant to students' daily experiences. This method enhances student engagement and understanding, especially in topics such as percentages and discount calculations. Moreover, assessments are both formative and summative, allowing teachers to gauge student progress while providing opportunities for improvement.
