Participating in the SEA Teacher Program has broadened my perspective on mathematics instruction in an international context. I gained practical experience in adapting my teaching approach to a different educational system, understanding how Indonesian schools balance theoretical and applied learning. Additionally, I developed better classroom management techniques by observing how teachers integrate discipline with student engagement. The practicum strengthened my instructional adaptability and intercultural communication skills—core competencies emphasized by SEAMEO's initiative.
