On my second day at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta, I had the opportunity to introduce myself as an exchange practice teacher from the Philippines to the students under Ibu Ferra Fijantari’s guidance.

Following that, I observed her class with 7I and was truly impressed by how seamlessly she integrated technology into her teaching. Her use of a digital pad transformed the classroom into a dynamic and innovative learning environment. I also introduced myself and observed 7H, a class handled by Pak Fajar Arif Widodo, Ibu Ferra’s co-teacher. A funny yet slightly embarrassing moment occurred when I realized—only after leaving the school—that today was also Ibu Ferra’s birthday.

During the session, I introduced myself to the Grade 7I students as an exchange student teacher from the Philippines.
