if only yogyakarta can be put in my bag

It is our last weekend here in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. That means we have to grab this opportunity to buy every pasalubong there is. Together with other SEA Teachers, we went to Malioboro and explored the place. Every sight is an exciting treat that fully captures the cultural significance of the city.

From bakpia to batik-inspired clothings, and even through souvenirs that depicts the culture-rich city of Yogyakarta, everything was placed in our bags to bring them home to the Philippines and share with them our experiences through these items.

As a treat to ourselves, Alli and I bought some brick toys and built them at a Dunkin’ store. We exchanged conversations and had a good laugh over great food.
